In this sense, the new Xiaomi 11T Pro, the first device on the market with a 120 W fast-charging system, leaves us speechless.

Familiar design, but with a vibrant screen
The Xiaomi 11T Pro has a design very similar to that of the manufacturer’s devices recently, especially the Xiaomi Mi 11 and Mi 11 Ultra.
Overall, the device has a simple and understated design, with curved lines but a flat screen. The camera module does not protrude too much from the rear and is very well integrated into the equipment, making it look balanced.
The phone is protected by a sheet of Gorilla Glass Victus glass that is included in a second frame and that, together with the metal edge, delimits the terminal. Having these double frames is not usually seen much, and that could give the feeling that the device is not well finished and that its design is somewhat crude.
Bodes aside, the device feels good in the hand; it is not too heavy (204 grams), just a bit slippery like almost all glass finished phones, but with a correct and functional design.
One of the phone’s strengths is its screen, which, as with the Mi 11, dazzles. It is a 6.67-inch AMOLED panel with FullHD + resolution.
The screen performs very well in all scenarios (even with the sun shining on it directly), not only because it has an excellent maximum brightness level (800 nits), but because it arrives very well-calibrated from the factory.
Another feature of this panel is that it offers an adaptive refresh rate of 60 to 120 Hz. With this maximum rate, the user experience when playing games or navigating the phone’s interface is very fluid. The best thing is that the device can adapt the rate depending on what we do, which allows us to save a lot of battery.
Finally, note that the fingerprint sensor is not on the screen but on the phone’s right side. While this location may be more or less pleasant, the sensor performs very well and is accurate and fast.
The phone has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor, a chip thanks to which it performs well. The performance is smooth daily, even for those who use the device a lot and do not skimp on loading it with tasks.
If you consult your social networks, take photos, use productivity apps, stream multimedia content and play games on your phone, you will be able to do everything to a great extent and almost at the same time.
A “hyperfast” charge
The biggest draw of this phone is its 120W charging system, which the company has dubbed HyperCharge. The Xiaomi 11T Pro has set precedents with this charging system and leaves the 65 W of the competition far behind.

According to our tests, the charging system can make the 5,000 mAh battery and dual cell system (to avoid damage) go from 1 to 100 percent in just 18 minutes. Also, in just 7 minutes, the device could charge to 60 percent; undoubtedly, figures that completely change the paradigm of mobile charging.
Xiaomi includes the 120 W charger in the phone box, whose market price is 50 euros and with which you can even resupply laptops. During the charging tests, the device did not get hot. However, the charger did increase its temperature considerably.
Finally, with a full charge and fairly exhaustive use, the phone managed to get through the full day of autonomy without any problem.
Cameras that comply
The phone has a triple camera with a 108 MP main lens, a 5 MP telemacro (which allows for the macro in the video), and an 8 MP ultra-wide-angle. The front camera is 16 MP.
Results in good natural light are good, with very realistic color reproduction without intensifying or saturating colors. The dynamic range is balanced, although it is sometimes better to shoot in HDR to avoid burning out higher lights.
In the case of indoor photos under artificial or low lighting, we find the loss of sharpness and presence of noise, but all within expectations. The same happens with the night mode, which meets what is expected in a phone of this range: good results, although with some shortcomings when reproducing textures and containing light sources.
The 108 MP sensor has a dedicated section to activate it within the camera app. With this model, you can obtain photos with high resolution, but that takes up a lot of space in the device’s memory.
The Xiaomi 11T Pro macro mode is excellent, as it has not presented any difficulty in focusing from 3 cm away. The same goes for portrait mode, with good cropping, sharpness, and brightness to spare.
